Homemade cream of broccoli soup

Koral help make this amazing soup.
Broccoli, butter, milk, potato creamed. Blended. And topped with cheese and croutons.

The croutons are from 2 day old sour dough loaf I made. And they turned out better than the soup!! Koral and I couldn't stop nibbling on them!!

Mmmmmmm dinner is yummy!!!

Service with the family

Another successful day out in service with the kids. Jehovah has blessed us in so many ways!

I just want to make note that Bella's poncho was made by her teta, alihandra. :) that woman is so talented.

We talked to a few people today. But I have to say the amount of people out in service was most encouraging to me. Tons of people!!!

Tomato soup

It's cold out. I'm snuggled under a thick blanket. Warm socks wrap my cold toes. But it's not doing the trick. It's time to result to a hot shower. Which was wonderful, until I had to get out, and I became a walking pregnant popsicle!! So co-co-cold!! I ask my hubby for some tomato soup and to turn up the heat. He does. <3 such a good man.
As I'm drinking my hot tomato soup, Bella comes up and says "mamma, tea?" lol! "yea baby, tomato tea."
Which she replies "mato tea!" and she slurps down half my cup. I'm happy to share, what kind of mother dosent want her baby to voluntarily drink tomato soup?!?! Lol

Tomato tea...

:) melt my heart.

A new hat for my girls

I finished Bella's hat. A pink hat with care bear ears, and a danty little flower. And of coarse matching gloves.

And as I already posted, Koral has her blue set. My girls look so toasty warm.

And in respects of my husbands wishes, I covered my beautiful daughters faces, because of all the creepy deepies out there.

Any how, I will continue to spoil my beautiful babies with love, laughter and spirituality- one stitch at a time, one day at a time.

After all, the bible was written one word at a time. Grandmas quilt was made one stitch at a time and all the best food is made in a kitchen with music, laughter and love.

The amazing Koral does it again

Koral zipped through this skirt like it was nothing!! I sat down with her, I guided her through the instructions, but my hands never touched the sewing machine. She said she likes this skirt for school, but not for service or the kingdom hall. So we agreed to make another "fancier" version...another day. I am so proud of her. This is a basic knee length skirt with elastic. The pockets were easier than I expected, and she did an awesome job on them!

That's my girl!

Crown braid

My hair has gotten wonderfully long. And like any woman that feels huge the end of her pregnancy, I need change... Something to make me feel small and dainty and amazing. So instead of cutting all my hair off and regretting every moment of chopping it off, I decided to educate myself. Braids. Big braids. Little braids. Braids with bumps. This one caught my attention because I thought it would be good in the delivery room. It's a French braid all the way around and all the extra just gets pinned. Before I layed down to rest, it was loose, so maybe not great for delivery. My husband had little feelings about it. I like that it's off my neck, out of my face, off my ears etc. it might be a little old lady lol, but my last 2 post WAS about crocheting right?!?! Lol

Bella's gloves

Bella has been begging me for a pair of gloves like sissys. So I made her a set. She picked out the color, the color of the flower and the color of the button. She loves them! And now she says "mamma--hat--hat mamma--hat" so I'm going to make her a hat to match. :)
