Cream of broccoli soup

Yummy yummy yummy
Baby billy said he would eat it again. Which gives me the seal of approval because he dosent eat veggies. :D

Saturday

Sometimes a Saturday comes around that is SO good that you wish it would never end. This Saturday was like that. From a good nights sleep the night before, to not rushing the morning of. Saturday service at the kingdom hall, well supported by our congestion and the help of the Hercules Congregation. Being able to work out in service with some of our favorite people. Which included door to door, and having Bella pet a horse. To eating out at Carls Jr!! (pic nic in the van!). We did a small list of chores, as a family. And then played and played and played. Everyone was in great spirits. Everyone was spiritually fed. Everyone was practicing the fruit of the spirits. And as the day came to a close, I looked down at my dinner and saw that--yes-- my dinner was having a good day too! :D

Completion of the egg roll

Since there was very little, half eatin, left overs; I was sure to take pictures before we all inhaled everything. Note: baby billy took all these amazing pictures. He has an eye for photography. Koral took the last photo, on the pretty plate.

Eggrolls and pot stickers

Family Friday
Home made egg rolls and pot stickers. Koral is such an amazing cook. I love cooking with her!! Her pot stickers were amazing. The spring egg rolls were super crunchy and fresh. Yummy yummy yummy.

Successful potty training

Bella is 2 years old. And completely potty trained at home. On the go, we wear pull ups. This picture is cute because she didn't want to wear her pj's because it would cover up her pretty panties (diaper cover she found). And she didn't want to wear her pull up because "I big." so we met in the middle and put the pretty undies over the pull-up and I will slap some pj's on her after she knocks out. :)

Today she went pee pee in the potty, and I was hooting and hollering and swinging my hips singing "pee pee in the pot-Tay" (which is the normal cheer for each successful potty.) This child yells out: "mommy! No.please.stop." I stop, crouch down on my knees and say in a sarcastic tone "what did you want? A hand shake?!?!" she says "yea." and shakes my hand and walks out of the bathroom leaving me laughing on the bathroom floor.

How very unsophisticated of me. Sorry to embarrass you dear. :D

Did I mention the diaper cover in the picture, is backwards? Lol

Two year olds are simply amazing!

How a 2 year old eats applesauce

No problem here. Pass the straw please. :)

I needed some sesame seed oil for a batch of fried rice, but I didnt have any, so I made some. I thought the seeds and bubbles looked so pretty simmering in the pan. <3

Sarafina and her Nonna

Pretty water

How do you drink 12 glasses of boring annoying stale water? Make it beautiful?! Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, lemon, ice and me. <3

Koral did it again

My creative, amazing daughter made a new granola bar: chocolate Carmel granola bar. She made a batch of fresh home made Carmel, and then whipped these babies up like it was nothing!! Baby billy said "Make. It. Again!"
Koral said "So. So. Good." I personally thought it was too sweet. But it was wonderfully made.

Twix pudding

Regular chocolate pudding swirled with homemade Carmel (thank you Koral!)
= awesomeness!!

My blessings

It's been so long since I've blogged. Let's see; bed ridden for the last part of my pregnancy. My water broke one day after my due date. 6 hours labor 20 minutes pushing. And out popped our darkest baby yet; Sarafina Angelina.
I'm not putting up any close up pictures because my wonderfully protective husband has requested me not to. Fast forward 5 weeks, to today; service with my 2 little ones. I couldn't of done it without the help of my dearest friends.
Their patience is so kind toward my family. The first picture is of little pink squishy fingers, Sarafina. Then pictures of Bella and Fina. Then current pictures of today, while out in service. Bella got to pet a horse. A very sweet horse.
Now that I'm all caught up, I can just keep going. ;) and going :) and going ;)
