Bella gracefully puts on her poka dotted shirt. She does a little twirl. She spins ever so girly in her knee length skirt. She looks down at her feet, that are cozy in slippers. And says in her best princess voice: "Oh mama, don't my elbows look lovely in this?" lol what?!

Knitted friendship

A fun new tradition between friends; matching crafts, tailored to the receiver. This visits craft: Coffee mug cozies. My dear friend found me a PINK mug with WHITE hearts all over it! She then lovingly knitted a PINK cozie and embroidered the word "Coffee" on a delicate piece of felt. She also made the button that was hand tailored to my mug. And the border is so delicate! I feel like I'm Minnie Mouse drinking tea!  I fussed and fussed over hers. What a simple project, right? No. I was in happy with my choice of stitch, then, I didn't like my color choices. Then, I has a button problem. Lol. It was very important to me that my project looked like my friends personality. And sure enough, it did. For the rest of the day, we drank tea out of our cups and talked about 100 different things. One being, what will be our next gift craft.  :) I think we settled on pin cushions.

Busy morning

I canned pickles, dill relish, spicy dill relish and grapefruit. My oh my, is out life wonderful. <3

I bought a pound of fresh green beans. As I was snapping them this morning, Fina wanted to help. :)

I made sweet potato pie and 3 berry pie today. Yum! I would of taken the completed photo, but the pie didn't last that long. :)

I finally finished Korals gloves and hat. She says its the best gloves I've ever made her. <3 awww made with love.

Koral and I canned grape jelly and cranberry sauce today. So much fun having my daughter in the kitchen. My beautiful girl.
