Fresh basil slowly baking

The aroma that comes from fresh herbs, as they slowly dry in an oven is amazing! In this case, we used basil, but any herb will make you want to eat. And for some reason; carbs. With wine.......and cheese! Lots of different cheeses.

Maybe some fresh grapes, and finger friendly veggies....

And some fresh ripe fruit.....

And just a small delicate piece of chocolate....

Now, if you will excuse me, I must go eat!
