Taco soup

Chicken broth that has been slow cooked with those large dehydrated peppers from the Mexican market.
Then shredded chicken from the BBQ. In this case, left overs.
Then add fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, red onion, green onion, shredded cheese, sour cream and avocado.

Pretty much amazing.

And seriously filling!
